| Greetings All,
Whoa, so much is happening out there! Fortunately, this kind of
creative ezine opens windows into a world of no drama.
Did you write a Valentine to yourself? Or, are you going to take
your marvelous self for granted still another day?
Staying awake to your sensibilities, and to those things around
you, are strengths this ezine will help keep keen. While you read,
notice your breathing and heartbeat for they are evidences of your
extraordinary being.
Now that your attention has been drawn to yourself, notice the
small things around you; then, remember the actions you took to
put those things in place. Are you comfortable with everything in
your space? Or, is there (too much darn) clutter?
As a reminder of the beauty around you, kick back, and relax with
the Valentine written to remind me of surroundings I enjoy.
Saturday Noon
I have turned on every lamp in the house to brighten this rainy
Saturday noon. I crave lots of light, preferably the sunlight, streaming
everywhere, all the time. But, the lighted lamps must do.
Moments ago, after rearranging some bright yellow glads, I began
listening to a rigorous Mozart piece, and now I’m sitting
with my back melded into the curve of the high backed desk chair.
The chair easily rolls when my feet push against the thickly solid
mat underneath. The mat is transparent, and the recently shampooed
carpet shows through.
The roll-around has been well taken care of, because I vacuum and
lightly scrub its fabric. The ‘smells fresh’ chair holds
my body’s frame while I type away into a magic box called
my personal computer. Purple irises stand tall beside the monitor,
and a painting of a very large velvety white orchid hangs quietly
on the wall next to my desk.
There is a grandeur of gratitude swirling within these whitened
walls; spaces making ample room for an oversized teak desk, credenza,
and shelves. A few feet from the hutch, the fireplace, resembling
a big-mouthed soprano sustaining a very high note, silently resounds
my unshaken thankfulness.
My multifaceted tasks are breathing, alive, and ready for their
purr into completion. I carry on what seems ninety-one projects
at once from my beautifully landscaped home office. Out of an overly
inspired mind, I ask people for their wisdom and humor; I stir up
production and network possibilities; at the end of the week, I
standup, claiming, ‘I did it! I love myself!’ And, all
is well on this slightly drizzled Saturday noon.
Rhythm’s Finesse
Confessing an inherent but curious preponderance for cycles and
rhythms within them, I feel I am more than subtly obsessed about
spotting and observing their flow. After entering university to
study piano, a voice coach who auditioned pianists confided that
my affinity for rhythm was captivating. After years of live performance,
I now relish levels of intuited rhythm, and find their finesses
engaging.
Tip :: Deepak Chopra once suggested focusing on your physical heart,
and asking it a yes or no question; then, feeling its answer in
terms of warmth or disgust in the area of the chest.
When I focus on my heart, and ask it a yes or no question, invariably
the answer seems either a floating clear lightedness or fuzzy grayness
in my chest. (Need I clarify lightedness indicates warmth, and grayness,
disgust?) Sometimes, I think twice about the heart’s response,
which, for me is no surprise. I confess to sparring with what I
feel my heart might have expressed. The pumping is softly accentuated,
and I think of the organ being happy. The exercise is fun.
Let’s consider our hearts as rhythmical tickers of wisdom,
and couplings to our intuition. After all, the cells that compose
our bodies are nothing less than elegantly evolving awareness. Our
hearts have been, and remain, sustained by quivering rhythms of
flawless finesse.

I
turned the knob to set the stove's buzzer to remind me to
pull freshly baked brownies from the oven. Minutes later,
and without gauging time, I set the microwave timer to sound
the second I could end this exercise, and begin another.
Surprisingly, both signals went off simultaneously, accompanied
by an hourly reminder chiming loudly from my computer. With
that fanfare of babble, noisy as a trio of untuned trumpets
blaring ten feet away, my head tilted back - my mouth let
out the biggest guffaw, like raucous laughter with my rambunctious
brother! I am still tickled pink by synchronous moments.

You
may correctly assume clandestine bankers engineer ecological,
economical, political, and religious maneuvers by money
changing, or debtor scheming, via the likes of The Federal
Reserve System. However, to my knowledge, those elitists
cannot control nor imitate astronomical or natural events
created by Mother Nature.

your life and business out of intentions. Together, we match
your intentions to the results that show up. I design ezines
and web sites to match, too.
