Do Not Leave Your Body

You and I can sense expansive Universal energies, ushered by relaxation, drifting into love and the feel for belonging.
Stay in touch with how your body is feeling. Do not leave your body nor
forget you have one! Take care of your body, too; otherwise, where will
you live?
We know our feelings are felt with our physical bodies, that is, from
the neck down. Universal energies that hold our bodies in tact are the
very same energies upon which our feelings swirl around and inside our
presence. I remember to stay with my body, to be voluntarily aware of
feelings as I read and write, and talk and move throughout the day.
It’s been my experience when I feel pangs of upset, or something
I can’t quite put my finger on, I get into gear and start talking;
get physical; sing or hum – to navigate the body and mental process
into peak performance. Oh yes, dancing to a Mozart symphony is helpful
for energizing sensibilities, too!
These days, staying awake requires layers of deliberate focus and energy.
One element of staying awake is remaining sensitive to our surroundings
as we ingest galling national and international concerns televised on
the news or Internet.
Since I’ve been reading a lot more, and felt deeply about Earthlings’
quickened evolution, I’m expanding what I’ve said before.
We U.S. citizens are collectively confronting unethical contracts between
corporations and governments who position themselves behind stained-glass
storm windows. Citizens’ upsets are actually fancied by cloistered
barons and lords who have inherited generations of expertise for playing
minions and schemers against each other on the judicial, political,
religious, and socio-economic checkerboard.
Autocrats’ psychological, media-driven fluff continues audacious,
while finessing racketeered resources behind closed doors of secret
gambling salons.
How do you feel after reading that? Do not leave your body, but focus
on how you are feeling, then you might instantly empathize with our global
sisters and brothers who are seemingly at the mercy of malfeasance. Earthlings
collectively have yet to imagine what it will take to begin creating an
empathic, loving world without preposterous economic and governmental,
psychological and religious oppressions.
Our constant curiosity
is key
to watching what’s being created.
